Downtown Bettendorf continues to see tremendous growth with the completion of the I-74 Bridge, full occupancy at The Bridges lofts and completion of the new TBK Bank building; this means more people and more activity Downtown. All of this activity and progress is helping Bettendorf in becoming the gateway to the west and Downtown Bettendorf as our “front porch’ to Iowa. Having a clean, welcoming, and beautiful downtown is key to attracting visitors and potential investors, as well as a priority of the Downtown Bettendorf Organization.

As our downtown continues to grow, so will the need for continued maintenance and beautification efforts. The Downtown Bettendorf Organization is pleased to partner with the City of Bettendorf to organize and execute a Downtown Bettenanddorf clean-up scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and celebrate our Bettendorf pride, all while giving back to our community. Oh yea, there is a free lunch as well. We look forward to working with our stakeholders and Quad Citizens to make Downtown Bettendorf a great “clean” place where people want to live, work, visit and play.
